This session is quite long so include a 10 minute break every 45 minutes

Why
Your team charter helps your team to understand and agree on:
- principles you will have for working as a team
- behaviours you expect from one another
- values that your team believes in
Talking this through with your team helps you to:
- create an open feedback culture where people feel safe
- understand what people need to work well
- get along as a team
- create a positive space to produce your work
Who:
- All the team
- Facilitator from the team or outside the team. If you’re new to facilitating or want to learn more about facilitating this kind of session see the facilitator guide
When:
- When a new team comes together
- When someone new on your team joins
- When you need to review it, for example every 3 months
